The SG-2003 mine gas natural fire monitoring system is an integrated engineering solution for continuously obtaining characteristic gas data of underground fires during coal mining.
The project continuously collects and transports gases from multiple coal mining faces underground, which are monitored and controlled by ground monitoring, and automatically sampled and analyzed in a cyclic manner. Through continuous analysis of the characteristic gases of mine fires and trend curves, the possibility of fires and gas explosions is continuously analyzed, and the ignition points are predicted and forecasted, providing scientific basis for the prevention and control of mine gas accidents and natural fires. It is particularly suitable for "dead zones" that are difficult for personnel to enter, such as goaf areas, tunnel ceilings, and enclosed fire zones, providing monitoring methods that are beyond human capabilities. It mainly consists of underground working flour dust filter, single tube, underground primary water filtration device, branch box, bundle tube, surface secondary water filtration device, vacuum pipeline system, gas sampling automatic control cabinet, bundle tube dedicated chromatograph, data processing workstation, and explosion triangle software.
Working principle
Gas is collected from multiple working faces underground, filtered through dust, and transported to a distribution box through a single pipeline. After primary filtration, it is connected to a bundled cable and sent to the surface analysis room; After entering the second stage of water filtration in the sampling cabinet, a small amount of "fresh" sample gas is automatically taken into the chromatograph for sample gas analysis, and the remaining gas is discharged outdoors through a vacuum pipeline system.
